Recommended classes and column help
Recommended highly specific spacers include A0, A0.1, B0, and B0.1. Classes A1, B1, A2, and B2 have off-target potential to NAG, but not NGG, sites. See the spacer classification notes for details.
- Spacer ID: chromosome, genomic interval, and strand.
- Class: specificity group used for ranking spacers.
- NGG/NAG mismatches: minimum mismatch counts to potential off-targets.
- Spacer sequence: 20 nt gRNA spacer sequence.
- PAM: PAM with adjacent flanking sequence.
- Location: genomic feature targeted by the spacer.
Background, vectors, and pipeline links
All displayed gRNA spacer classes are highly specific in regard to other NGG sites. Class A0, B0, A0.1 and B0.1 gRNA spacer sequences are also highly specific in regard to NAG sites. Class A1, B1, A2 and B2 have an off-target potential to NAG, but not NGG, sites.
